Have you been having problems logging in? Please read this.

We have noticed that some users have had problems logging in to Habbo.com, due to our recent security update. We are very sorry about that, and right now we’re working hard to fix the issues you’ve reported to us.

To help the situation, we have re-enabled the old Habbo name based login for the weekend.

However, if you were having problems logging in using your email and password, please do the following 5 steps:

1 On the front page, please click your Habbo character

2 An account settings dialog will open

3 Click on ‘Manage Account’

4 From there you will be able to change your email address, password and manage your sign in options

5 If you choose Manage Signing In Options, you’ll be able to link your other Habbo characters to your account

Once you’ve made sure your character is tied to a verified email address, please check that your new settings work by logging in using your email address and password.
